Professor Katharine Coles Given Distinguished Scholarly & Creative Research Award

English Professor Katharine Coles was given the Distinguished Scholarly & Research Award at the College of Humanities' 2013 Convocation ceremony. Coles is a prolific writer and researcher and is celebrating the recent release of her latest publication: The Earth is Not Flat, a collection of poems about her recent experience as a resident artist in Antarctica under the Antarctic Writers and Researchers Grant.
